What's included in the free quote?
We look at your home and email you a detailed quote, with a link to our self-scheduler where you choose your colors and install date.
Do I own the lights?
No. Our lights are leased, which covers install, takedown, storage and free repairs. You never have to buy, test or store them. We only install lights leased from us, so we can stand behind the quality.
What kind of lights do you use?
Custom-fit C9 LED bulbs on professional clips that hold up in Northwest weather, with extension cords run neatly out of sight.
Can I get a timer or dimmer?
Yes. Choose a mechanical timer or a smart timer you control from your phone, including brightness.
Do I need to be home?
No. If you're not home, we'll send you photos of the finished install.
Is takedown included?
Yes. After the holidays you'll get a link to pick a takedown date, and we store your lights until next season.
What's the difference between Govee and Minleon?
Both are permanent lights you control from your phone. Govee starts at $999 and is a great value. Minleon starts at $3,500 and is our premium, professional-grade system with a cleaner look and a longer life.
Can you see permanent lights during the day?
It depends on the system. Govee lights are visible along your roofline during the day. Minleon lights sit in a slim track under the gutter, so from the street they blend in with your trim until you turn them on.
How do I control permanent lights?
From an app on your phone. Pick a color, set a schedule, or choose an effect for any holiday. We set it up with you after the install.
Is there a warranty on permanent lights?
Yes. We'll go over the warranty for your system with your quote, and if anything stops working, call us and we'll come take care of it.
When do installs start?
Installs start October 1st. Spots fill up fast closer to December, so book early.

I started Valley Lights in 2020 with the goal of building a business where I could take pride in the work I do and the relationships I build with my customers.
Over the years, Valley Lights has grown from exterior cleaning services into window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, and professional holiday light installation.
I'm personally involved in the work and like to keep things simple: show up when I say I will, do the job right, and make sure my customers are happy with the finished product. I care about the details, and I want the work I leave behind to be something I'm proud of.
Holiday lights have also become a big part of Valley Lights. I really enjoy taking a home and turning it into something that stands out during the Christmas season. I use professional-grade lighting and focus on creating clean, custom displays that look great from the street.
